October 15 at 10 a.m., 1 p.m., 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.: From Denver International Airport to hotel. Shuttle pick up is on Level 5/(Baggage Claim), East Side, Door 513, Island 1.
October 18 at 7 a.m., 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.: From hotel to Denver International Airport. Passengers must be ready for pickup 30 minutes before departure time. Shuttles arrive 15 minutes before departure time. - To take advantage of round-trip airport transfers, you must provide your flight information to the DreamTrips Specialist no later than September 15. These transfers are available only for the airport(s) and dates listed above. Click here to give us your flight information. Transfers will not be offered if the flight information is not received by the deadline and transfers at any other time will incur a separate charge. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 91 days or more before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of 50 USD. If you cancel between 46 and 90 days before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of 100 USD. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. Name Change Policy: If you change any name(s) on your booking 45 days or more before the start date of your trip, there will be no fee for the name change(s).
